In our farmhouse everything is produced so that everything is transformed with simplicity. Wheat becomes bread, pasta and cakes. Herbs, vegetables and legumes become light and fragrant dishes. The white meats and cheeses come from our ranches as well as the oil and wine from our cultivars typical of the area. Everything speaks of truth, it tastes authentic, you can touch, smell and look it before tasting. The Flâneur is a homestead with kitchen, a unique and indelible experience to live in the charm of Sannio Shire.
